Refund policy
At Reign, we take pride in the craftsmanship and exclusivity of our Murano-crafted whiskey glasses. Due to the delicate and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days at concierge@reignwhiskeyglass.com.
- Include your order number, photos of the item, and packaging.
- Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition “final sale” items
- Any product not reported within the 7-day claim period
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
